Teens are invited to join The Cabot for an exploration into the eerie world of Nosferatu, one of the most influential horror films ever made, through a deep historical and comparative lens.
This course explores the three iconic versions of “Nosferatu: A Symphony of Horror” F.W. Murnau’s 1922 silent classic, “Nosferatu the Vampyre” Werner Herzog’s 1979 remake, and the 2024 “Nosferatu” film by Robert Eggers. Together we’ll examine the films’ adaption of history, a genre analysis, and use of source material.
